We ask that payment is made to @Nicole-Bain on Venmo to book your scheduled lesson time, please. Checks, cash, and PayPal are other available payment options but payment must be made prior to the lesson.


While we understand extenuating circumstances may cause cancellations to be unavoidable, we do set aside time on our schedules and/or a place in our camps for you, and you alone.  Therefore, please keep in mind the following cancellation guidance:

Riding Lessons – 24 hours notice

We’ll be happy to reschedule any scheduled lesson where you provide more than 24-hours notice.  For cancellations with less than 24-hours notice, no refunds will be given per our payment policy and lessons may not be rescheduled.  We will not refund any pre-paid lesson fees when cancelling lessons, but we would be happy to reschedule your lesson if more than 24-hours cancellation notice is given.

Day Camps – 48 hours notice

We’ll be happy to move forward payments for any day camp registration where you provide more than 48-hours notice.  Payment may be used for any appropriate camp days within the next 6 months. For cancellations with less than 48-hours notice, we will not refund or reschedule per our payment policy.  We will not refund any pre-paid day camp registration fees once the session is booked.

Inclement Weather Policy

If inclement weather occurs, we will either continue lessons at the main barn and lessons will be held inside the barn as ground lessons (horsemanship, veterinary skills, horse care, etc), or lessons will be moved to our location with an indoor arena down the road. Only due to hazardous driving conditions or safety conditions will lessons be cancelled, in which case lessons will be rescheduled in a timely manner. A trainer will be in contact prior to lessons if inclement weather occurs as to where to meet for the lesson and if lessons need to be cancelled.
